Is it possible to delete or hide a revision in NextGen presentations
已回覆I would like to delete a recent revision so that a previous version becomes the latest version. Is this possible? Alternatively, is there a way to restore a previous version in the same way as you would for office documents ?

Raymond, great post and glad you and TD Securities are all in on Wdesk, its awesome! I will add my "two cents" in here but believe that there is not a way to delete any versions in the revision history panel for the integrity of the Audit Trail of the presentation/document. However, you can add remarks/milestones to any of the revisions as needed if you would like to call out something specifically in that revision. As for restoring from a previous version, I believe an alternative would be to "Open" up the version you would like your current document to be restored to and simply copy and paste the content from that revision history to your current "Live Version". Hope this helps. I'm sure Mike will leave his feedback as well.
