Creating new data validation in a Next Gen Document
I have seen that you can copy and paste data validation in Next Gen Documents, but is it possible to create new data validations in the documents as well? I have not yet been able to locate anything in the navigator.

Yep, for sure you can create a Data Validation in a next gen Document, the only caveat being it has to be in table, of course, To access this, you just need to click in a table cell and then the option will appear on the right hand panel, like so:
