Executing Chains: Failure
已回覆We tried building and running a workflow using chains within WData. But, while executing, we are facing the below error message.
‘Error authenticating with Workiva: Invalid client id: a8cefde7fa764feaa6b44a361ea57***.’

There could be a couple of reasons for this error. The most common that I have seen is if you're trying to use an OAuth2 Grant that was created on a different workspace. If you have Account Admin access, without changing workspaces please go back to Wdata then click on your name in the lower left corner and select "Account Admin". Next click on the "People" tab, and then select the "OAuth2 Grants" subtab. This page will display a table of all previously created Grants as well as allow you to create new Grants. Verify the Grant you are using is in the table or not.
