10-K Cover iXBRL - Securities registered persuant to section 12(g)
已回覆I could swear I saw this topic discussed when cover tagging first started, but I can't seem to find it. So, I apologize if this is a repeat post.
On the Form 10-K, in the forms list on sec.gov, under the securities box related to section 12(b), there are lines related to section 12(g). How do I tag this if my company has "none".

I asked around a bit regarding your particular scenario, and assuming you mean your cover page lists something like this...
