Attaching POA to draft Form 3 without CIK
已回覆I want to attach a POA but don't yet have the CIK code. It seems I need to input the CIK before I am able to advance. Has anyone been able to attach a form to a draft form without the CIK> Linda

Hi Linda -
Welcome to the Community! In my experience, this is a two step process. You can upload a POA to the Section 16 module within Wdesk, but cannot attach to a reporting owner until you have the CIK and owner info set up. The POA exhibit will then be associated with that reporting owner on all filings going forward.
On a side note, getting a new reporting owner set up is fairly quick if you have all signatures and the form notarized ahead of time.
