PBC Request view-only access
已回覆Hi, I'd like to know whether there's an easier way to grant External Auditors (EA) view-only access to PBC Requests, than to set permissions individually, as requests are created. Also, as we have different SOX programs undergoing on different regions, we wanted to make sure that EA's for region 1 could only see PBC requests created for that one and so on. Thanks in advance!

Try go to People (you have to be an admin) and give the auditors the role which allows them have access to PBC section. 0

Permissioning the PBC request reports allow this to update permissions in a report. It still has to be one-by-one but it is a much better experience in a report than opening each one to update the permissions.

It seems the only way is to grant permissions per request created and not assigning viewer profile to PBC section, per audit program, so every PBC request created would automatically be set as view only.0請登入寫評論。
