Can you hyperlink to an exhibit that is not yet filed?
已回覆We are filing a 10-K and then an S-8 immediately after. One of the exhibits filed with the S-8 will be pulled from the 10-K. Is there a way to link it before it's filed so I can file one after the other, or do I need to wait until the 10-K shows up on Edgar to pull the URL for the S-8?

You cannot hyperlink to the exhibit before it is filed with the SEC. There's no way to predict 100% what the URL will be, until live filed, so you'll have to wait for the exhibit to post before adding it to your S-8 filing.
