10-K/Q Cover Page font size suggestions
What is the typical font size used on a 10-K/Q cover page (primarily the text below the company address)? I'm trying to keep it to one page but using 10pt seems to push text onto a second page. Does anyone use 8pt?

Agree with Jonathan, it varies. There is quite a bit of information in 8pt so it fits one page. However, the legal info is 10 points, in accordance with 17CFR 240.12b-12 (c)The body of all printed statements and reports and all notes to financial statements and other tabular data included therein shall be in roman type at least as large and as legible as 10-point modern type. However, to the extent necessary for convenient presentation, financial statements and other tabular data, including tabular data in notes, may be in roman type at least as large and as legible as 8-point modern type. All such type shall be leaded at least 2 points. For us to get it to fit, I have (Exact name of Registrant) in 8 point, our TIN and address. 0
