  We have an IPE in each of our control forms. If it is not showing, i suggest you contact your CSM to have it added. BTW you can only enter one baseline date and one last modified date per control, even if you have multiple documents. I've submitted an enhancement request.  A couple of my fields have been modified to add extra information.
