Schedule 14A - cover page XBRL tag
已回覆XBRL is required for tagging the document type but the fact source doesnt agree to the DEI fact value. Is there a way to change the underlying "source value" on the cover page without changing the text of "Schedule 14A"

Happy to help here. You can simply tag PRE 14A in the non-printing section. There is no requirement to tag Document Type directly on the cover page, primarily because proxy cover pages show Schedule 14 (rather than PRE 14A or DEF 14A). The Document Type XBRL Fact is valid and can be tagged in the non-printing section along with the other DEI facts (e.g., Entity Central Index Key, Amendment Flag). Does that make sense?
