JPG files turning into PNG files on Filing Package Creation
已回覆Hello - I am curious as to why my Company Logo file on my Exhibit 99.1 is inserted as a jpg and appears correct up until the point that I choose to regenerate my filing package. At that point, I receive a filing error that I have a PNG file attached and when I got into the filing where I inserted the logo... it's somehow now shown as a PNG.
Frustrating.

I would assume the underlying properties of the image is still a .PNG. What likely happened is the original file was a .PNG and then Saved As > JPG/GIF or just renamed it from .PNG.1
Isabel Messore You were correct. My team found a helpful thread within the community showing how you can determine if that's the issue. Although the file was saved as a jpg... if you opened it using notepad and read the first couple characters, you could see PNG. Was just confusing as you Workiva would show it as a JPG initially until conversion so it was not clear that it was the underlying file.
