Formula for Profit & Loss Line Description Income (Loss) Text for Comparative Periods

Does anyone utilize a formula for Profit/Loss or Provision (Benefit) that can look up values in the two periods presented in their workbook? For example, if 2024 is positive and 2023 is negative, I want the text to show the correct text based on the signs "Income (Loss)". Similiary, if 2024 is negative and 2024 is positive, the formula would return "(Loss) Income".
