Mark as Signed - not visible
已回覆I created a bulk certification and one of the recipients was unable to log on and complete his certification but did complete a manual one for me. So now, how do I manually approve or mark his letter as approved.

If there are multiple signers/approvers on your Certification, you can utilize the Skip functionality to move the process forward. The "Mark as Signed" option is only visible for certifications with one signer. Hope this helps!
