Schedule 13G Filing
已回覆I am filing one Schedule 13G on behalf of 2 related registrants. I was informed by legal counsel not to file a duplicate filing for both registrants, but that I should file only once with 2 registrants listed. I can only figure out a way to add one registrant per filing. Has anyone done this before that can walk me through this? I am stuck on the filing set-up process.

Thank you for reaching out.
For this you would add the second registrant into the "Group Name" section in the Form Information section! It is a little odd because the filing will only show up for the CIK provided in the Form Information (and the Subject Company) and any group members will simply be listed by name on the EDGAR page, but that is how it works.
