"Limited Starter" role, Workiva Tasks & ESG data collection
已回覆Can a user with the "Limited Starter" role access Workiva Tasks in order to participate in ESG data collection? For example, can a user with this role be assigned as an ESG metric value assignee or approver? Will they be able to view and upload metric attachments in Workiva Tasks? If an ESG framework reference is associated with the metric, will they be shown the ESG Explorer content preview and option to open ESG Explorer, and if so, will they be able to access that content?

Hey Andrew, that's a great question! No special role is required for a member to access their ESG data collection or approval tasks in Workiva Tasks; that access is automatic by nature of their task assignment. This includes the ability to view any reference attachments or upload supporting attachments as part of their task.
The ability to view ESG Explorer content or open ESG Explorer from Workiva Tasks does require the ESG role, however. To share that content with an assignee or approver who doesn't have the ESG role, you may want to include the relevant guidance as part of their instructions or upload the PDF from the issuing body as a reference attachment.
