Either, or, for users approving processes/certificates
已回覆Currently when we want to do a certification activity within processes, we must select who the one person is that can do the signing. However we are finding more and more use cases where the possible that could complete the certificate and do the signing could be one of two or three people.
We would like it to be that you can set a range of different people who could complete the certificate, not needing all of them through a workflow. Is this possible, if not then could it be added as an enhancement?

Great question! When you create the certification, in the action details there is an "Add approval step" button to add steps. To add multiple people on a step, just add them all to one box. You can then select if everyone needs to approve for that step, or just one person. I've included a screenshot below for reference. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
