Linked files to multiple documents from multiple sources
已回覆Hi, in the very old Classic world, as a general example, when you linked something (even one link) from a 10-Q to a press release, when the press release was filed, the linked 10-Q would file as well. We caught bad examples of this when a press release had a couple links to the not yet filed 10-K and we nearly filed the 10-K early.
In next gen, does this still happen, or can we link (without worrying) from spreadsheets to documents without risking filing documents we don't want to, OR do I need to run Linked Files Report and fix as necessary. We mostly have unique spreadsheets for press release, and a different spreadsheet for 10-Qs etc.

Thanks for your question! Thankfully, this has been resolved with our Next Gen filing tool. Users choose what they are filing, and linking has no impact on what is pulled in.
