Lock sheet as part of Task Approval process
已回覆After the Reviewer signs off on a Task stating that they reviewed the sheet is there a way to lock it? This is a SOX control issue for us because the legacy system prevents the Preparer and Reviewer to make edits after the sign off occurred.

Hi Milana Shtern This is not possible unless the Reviewer has Owner access to the spreadsheet.
The other option would be the use of Content Requests, which does manage permissions a bit but it doesn't actually lock the file (ie: if there are users with permissions to the file and are not part of the content request/review process, your access would not be impacted and would remain).
