Filing Section 16 - copying prior Form 4/Form 5 in New Section 16 Version to report a transaction
Will the "copy" feature, as included in the Classic version (click on drop down under reporting person's forms), be available in the new version of Section 16 filings? I utilize this feature heavily--specifically for our executive officers who have numerous holdings and related footnotes in Table 2 on their Forms (4 and/or 5)--to ensure that all transactions/holdings and footnotes previously shown in Table 2 are included in the filing along with any new transactions reported in Table 1.
I haven't seen this topic addressed in any of the information released with the new version and am hesitant to migrate away from Classic since I utilize this feature with every Form that I file.

Thank you for providing this feedback. This feature is not currently available in the new version of Section 16 but it is on the roadmap for future updates. I have submitted this as an idea ticket to our product team to see this feature can be prioritized and you will be updated any progress made. Hi Vikki,
I have been copying forms in the new NextGen Section 16. Assuming this is what you are looking to do, I go to Forms > Archived Forms > there is a drop list next to each form on the list > select "copy" from the drop list next to the form you want to copy. Hope this helps!
