Certifications - new process - responses say pending
Hi, I just created two test certifications using the new process. In the first one there are no exceptions to the questions and the summary shows "completed", yet the responses tab/icon shows a status of "pending review" for every question. In the second test, I responded with an exception, was then asked to approve the exception, which I did, and the responses tab/icon properly shows a status of "accepted" for each question. Trying to find out why the one with no exceptions doesn't have a status of "accepted" for each question as the questions are set to auto approve if there are no exceptions.

Howdy Cathryn Stovall,Looks like you've stumbled across the "Pending Review" issue a few of our customers have been facing. Luckily, this is just a bug in the system and the fix will be released to production tonight. The response data for previously completed certs will be patched to appropriately show "accepted".
