Uncompromised security

Manage file permissions
If you're a file owner, you can manage file permissions through the app just as you do on the web. 只需從檔案詳細資料表或檔案檢視選項清單中點擊權限，然後選擇使用者即可修改其權限。

Share links to files
Open a file and access its options, or view the file's detail sheet, to find a direct link that can be shared with other users in your workspace. You'll simply need to ensure they have the appropriate access to the file you're sharing.

Quickly switch between workspaces and organizations
Tap the workspace switcher icon at the top left to quickly view your available workspaces and switch between them. Users with access to multiple organizations can switch to those as well.
Access comments and reviews

You can view and respond to comment threads on individual files in both the iOS and Android versions of the app. Unique to iOS devices, however, is a print layout view that shows where comments are placed in the doc.
Additionally, document files include a "Quick Viewer" mode perfect for adding new comments on documents and digital reviews.
Find, sort, and search files

What can't I do in the app?
The following features are not available in the app at this time and should still be completed in the main Workiva platform:
- Adding new comments to presentations and spreadsheets
- Permissioned comments
- Notification preferences
- Content management actions
- Editing files and text within files
- Tasks, processes, and certifications
- Testing, compliance manager, remediation, assessments, planning, controls, risks
