iXBRL Validation Error Indicator List
Hi, I tried searching for this, but I couldn't find it. Is there a list of XBRL Validation Error Indicators that describes what each one means and whether or not it will cause filing errors? For example, I know that a full, red "E" dot will stop filing, but a full, yellow "W" will not.
While I know that we should always clear as many validations as possible, regardless of whether it would stop or not, it would be nice to have a quick chart to be able reference to see if any nagging, seemingly unclearable issues are going to be a deal-breaker.

Thanks for bringing this up. I chatted with our experts a bit, and have some insights to share.
Sadly an XBRL validation reference chart covering the icons doesn't exist. This is covered in the XBRL Validation Message course on the Learning Hub (here's a link to the course). All that aside, we agree there is a need to provide this information, so I've requested some info to be added to our Help site regarding these icons.Thanks for sharing.
