There is not a way to export to excel but I can definitely pass this along Allison Falk!

I agree—this would be a valuable enhancement. It would be great to have the option to export the calendar to Excel, PDF, or Word.-1

I've been testing the calendar functionality related to our month-end close calendar. While a large portion of the people who are on the distribution for the close calendar are already Workiva users, we currently have ~50 people who receive the monthly close calendar that aren't users of Workiva. While we could set them up just to see the calendar in Workiva was exploring if there are other options (downloading to PDF) to email to these individuals.

Maybe someone creative at Workiva could find a way to distribute the calendar to nonWorkiva users or make it available for viewing. My team was asking if it could sync to an Outlook calendar.

Similar to Amy, we have a large group of individuals who aren't in Workiva, and have historically sent a PDF of an Excel calendar. We'd like to be able to distribute via email and not require individuals to get into Workiva just to look at a calendar.

Also looking for a way to export a calendar in Workiva to excel. We have a 12 month calendar in excel in the calendar format and I was looking at the calendar functionality in Workiva to see if it would work and the export to excel would be needed as we distribute this calendar internally and to our auditors.

Similar to the others here, I was testing the calendar functionality as a way to enhance our quarterly reporting calendar but we need the capability to export into pdf or excel. If there is a ticket, can you please add me? Thank you!
