    Approvers can only see tasks in conjunction with preparers if they have specific permissions or roles. Here are the key points regarding visibility for Process Tasks:
     
    1. Visibility for Process Owners: Only "Process Owners" can see all tasks assigned within a process. If the approver is not a Process Owner, they will only see tasks assigned to them once the preparer submits them for approval.
    2. Task Panel and Roles: The Processes dashboard is visible to users based on their permissions. If the approver has roles like Workspace Owner or Task Manager, they might be able to see tasks assigned to others. Otherwise, they will only see tasks assigned to them.
    3. Real-Time Visibility: Workiva's Integrated Workflow Management provides dashboards for real-time oversight, allowing users with appropriate permissions to view task progress, due dates, and bottlenecks. This feature is useful for managing tasks proactively.
     
    It sounds like you're looking for like this request,  "All tasks should be visible to anyone with “viewer” permission for the process. I can add you to the ticket!
