  Yes, you can snap-align elements to margins, columns, and other elements in Workiva. Here's how:

   

  1. Enable Snap-to-Grid or Snap-to-Guides:
    - Go to the View tab and enable Snap to Grid or Snap to Guides. This ensures elements align automatically to the nearest gridline or guide.

   

  2. Use Alignment Tools:
    - Select multiple elements, then use the alignment options in the toolbar (e.g., align left, center, or distribute evenly).

   

  3. Drag and Snap:
    - When dragging an element, it will snap to nearby margins, columns, or other elements if snapping is enabled.

   

  4. Guidelines for Precision:
    - Temporary guidelines appear when aligning elements to other objects, helping you achieve precise placement.
