Thanks for the question. At this time you cannot delete or archive a Workspace in your Organization. Our Product Team is considering this ability, so I've shared your feedback on this item with the. In the meantime, a workaround is to remove all members from the Workspace. This way no one can access, although the Workspace would still be viewable by Organization Admins.

Can we ask for Workiva employees to delete a workspace I created?

Unfortunately we cannot delete them on our end either, though we could remove you from the Workspace in question per request. Does that make sense?0
How does it affect the capacity of the license acquired by a company?

As far as the number of Workspaces go, that has no baring on your license capacity, so it won't change your subscription at all.

At this time, you are still unable to delete a workspace. Its likely that you'll never be able to fully delete one, however our Product Team is actively pursuing the ability to archive / set one as inactive. I don't have a timeline for this, although we anticipate having it this year.
