Can I zoom in and out in a next generation document, without using the browser zoom?

When I zoom in using the browser, it also increases the size of the document outline on the left and the property menus on the right. I only want to increase the zoom level on the document itself, not the outline and menus. Thank you.

Currently a document level zoom is not yet available in next generation Documents. However, your question is quite timely as our Product Team is close to having this available for release soon. Do you have an estimated time for when this zoom function is going to be available? If it's not available by the end of the month we will not upgrade to Next Gen presentations for our Q2 filing.

+1. Same here. We made the decision today to delay implementation at least one more quarter due to the lack of functionality, this being another one of the items on the list. 0

I just confirmed with the Product Team that they anticipate having this available in the next few weeks, likely within this month. I'll keep you updated as soon as I know its available for sure, but it will also be messaged in What's New when released too.
Thank you both for your feedback as well. I've passed this along to the folks working on next generation and our transitions team specifically. In the meantime, trust that we are putting forth our best efforts in getting full feature parity between classic and next generation Wdesk, and then some!
