Range linking
已回答How does range linking work with a data source that has a filter applied? I have a set of standardised tables, which I use a filter to hide rows if there is no data for the category. Does the range link ignore the filter and link all cells within the table or only those link those displayed when the filter is in use? If the latter, if a row subsequently contains data, will this flow through to the destination when the filter is refreshed?
Thanks!

Hi Lynne!
Thanks for the question and so sorry for delay in getting to you.
Today, the range link effectively ignores the filter and links the entire range of data. You can replicate the filter on the destination range to effectively hide the same content, but will need to refresh filters manually. That said, our product team is actively exploring enhancements in this area for 2025 to optionally synchronize the shown/hidden/filtered status of rows/columns between the source and destination range.
Hope that helps some. Let us know what follow-ups you have or if you need anything else. Cheers!
