locking of sheet names and sequences

hi, is there a way to lock the sheet names and sequences? If currently not possible, can we add this as a future enhancement? Most of our chains rely on the sheet names and sequences in copying, pasting or comparing the sheets in workspace to another workspace, but very often someone changed the sheet names and sheet sequences (moved sheet 2 below sheet 3, etc), causing the chain to fail. If we can lock the name and sequences, that would help a lot.
