    Hi Chuck! 

    Thanks for reaching out. Since there are leader dots it leads me to believe that there is text hiding somewhere in the cell. 

    My first thought would be that for some reason the text for that row got shifted too far to the left. If you click into that cell that only has the leader dots showing and then check the ruler on the top of the page, is it outside of the margins? See photo below for example.

     

    Let me know if this isn't the case and we can dig into it more!

    Hi Chuck, 

    Another possibility is that you have a heading applied to a blank space within your document. If this is the case, you would see it when you navigate to the page that the blank is corresponding to (Page 220). Deleting that blank space within your document should eliminate this row from your automated TOC. 

    Again, let me know if this doesn't help and we can keep digging!
