  Thanks for reaching out! I just have one follow-up question. Are you hoping to find/replace certification letters with a different letter, or do you want to find/replace text within the letters? 

  Neither of these is possible today, but I'd be happy to put in a feature request with our product team with what you're looking for.

  I agree that it would be great if we could change the text within multiple letters in the same process all at once using "find and replace" functionality.
