How can I create a new control frequency in audit controls?

When I hit Create New Frequency in the control frequency drop-down, I get a brief glimpse of some boxes at the right but then it goes away - is this something that has to be changed by the CSM? I'm trying to add a new frequency type to the dropdown of 'bi-annual'.

    Hello Jeff, 

    Thanks for reach out. The fields on that specific data type are probably 'read only.'

    So yes, you are on the right track, we recommend contacting your CSM to make this update for you!
