Adding Graphics to Certifications Letter Template?

When can we expect the ability to add graphics in the form of .jpg, .png etc to a certification letter template (i.e. a static chart picture or in a letterhead logo)? The old certification module didn't have this functionality and it appears we don't have this functionality in the current certification processes either.
