Sub heading
I need a heading on just the notes section of my financials that says my company name and then "Notes to consolidated financial statements" Is there a subheading option in a section. My heading is the table of contents for every page, so I cannot modify that. There is something about that larger dotted line that adds it to this page. I need it on every page. Any ideas?

You're in the right place! That larger dotted line identifies the breaks in the document sections. It looks like you have the text in the body of the document (for that one section) and would need to move that to the header for those note sections (above the small dotted line). More than likely, you will need to adjust the header size to allow for that multi-lined header (co name and notes to... text).
