  Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, the outline labels automation cannot be assigned to a group, and the users must be selected one-by-one. However, this is a great idea, and I'd be happy to pass along your feedback to our product team for possible implementation. I've created a ticket to share this feedback, and we will keep you updated as it moves forward.
