If your Sustainability Explorer includes the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), you can now explore the revised Standards from the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG), as formally adopted by the European Commission (EC).
In the Frameworks panel:
- The revised ESRS appear as a Pending version.
- The ESRS Delegated Act from 2023 remains the Current version.
- The simplified ESRS — formerly a Draft version — now appear as Archived.
The revised ESRS officially apply for financial years that start on or after January 1, 2027. For 2026, you can:
- Fully adopt the revised Standards early.
- Continue to apply the current ESRS — either as amended by Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/1416, or with targeted reliefs defined in Annex 1 of the revised ESRS.
