    Hi Leonard!

    The Process itself (the structure, action setup, routing) — can be exported/imported or copied from one workspace to another via right-clicking the Process file. When exported, the process will carry over the action structure but assignees and certification letters are NOT included. -Copying a Process across workspaces also requires Workspace Owner role. Content Managers and Copy Managers are not able to move files between workspaces.
     
    What CANNOT be copied across workspaces:
    • Certification letters cannot be exported, imported, or moved between workspaces. The file type is not supported for cross-workspace copy.
    • Letter templates have the same limitation. Despite what some in-app options may suggest, the "Copy from another workspace" option will return an error for letter files.
    • Letters and templates will need to be manually recreated in the new workspace, using copy/paste as the best available option.
