Client ID in Workiva Bizapp connection creatio

Hi Team,

I have the Workiva chain with Workiva Bizapp  with client ID say "XXX" which was running fine in the month of Jan,2022.

Same chain , with same client ID is not working now, says Invalid Client ID, error in authenticating. Is there any reason for this? May I also know if there is a way to get this Client ID credentials for workiva Bizapp creation.

    Hello Madhuri,

    There are several reasons:

    • ClientIDs do have an associated expiry date when they are created.
    • The UserID associated to the ClientID is no longer valid
    • The ClientID scopes have changed
