2. Can we change the current risk scoring from (1-3) to (1-5) and how do we execute it? If so, is a specific role required?
3. Can we rename the nature and basic fields if the client has a different taxonomy?

The good news is yes to all three. To get this cracking, you just need to reach out to your CSM and let them know all the changes you would like made and they'll be happy to acquiesce. I have pinged your CSM too so they know what's coming 😉
