  1. Do we need to add Workiva as a delegated entity?

  While not strictly required, delegating to Workiva is strongly recommended for several reasons:
  - It enables use of Workiva's Filer API Token, eliminating the need to manage your own
  - Allows use of the "File with Workiva" feature, similar to the current filing process
  - Removes the requirement to have Technical Administrators in your EDGAR Next account
  - Provides more flexibility in filing options

  To delegate to Workiva:

  1. Log into the EDGAR Filer Management dashboard
  2. Navigate to the "Delegations" section
  3. Select "Add New Delegation"
  4. Enter Workiva's CIK (0001628280)
  5. Confirm the delegation
  6. Repeat steps to add Workiva's backup CIK (0001628279)

  Alternatively, Workiva can initiate the delegation request, which you would then approve in your dashboard.

  2. The CCC was now automatically changed when we did the EDGAR Next enrollment, how do I update this in Workiva if we still want to use the old filing system and the new EDGAR Next one simultaneously?

  To update your CCC in Workiva:

  1. Log into your Workiva account
  2. Navigate to your workspace settings
  3. Find the "SEC Filing Credentials" section
  4. Update the CCC field with your new code

  Note: You can change your CCC back to its original value if desired:

  1. Log into the EDGAR Filer Management site
  2. Go to "Generate New Access Codes"
  3. Select "Change Company Password or CCC"
  4. Enter your desired CCC

  After changing it back, update Workiva with this CCC.

  3. Do we need to create a new password on EDGAR Next as well to be able to use the old and new filing system simultaneously?

  Good news: You do not need to create a new password for EDGAR Next. The current system will continue to use your existing SEC password until September 12, 2025.

  For EDGAR Next filings:
  - If delegated to Workiva: Use your User Token or the "File with Workiva" feature
  - If not delegated: Provide both your Filer API Token and User Token

  Key points:
  - Your current SEC password remains valid for the old system until September 2025
  - EDGAR Next uses tokens instead of passwords
  - No need to create a new password specifically for EDGAR Next

  By following these steps, you'll be able to use both the current EDGAR system and EDGAR Next simultaneously during the transition period.

  Thank you so much this is very helpful!

  I just want to make sure about the "SEC filing credentials" section, I don't see a specific section with that name, do you mean the "Filing defaults" section and then I enter the new CCC code under the "CIK Confirmation Code" tab?
