Adding text to flowchart shape
BesvaratWhen I add a shape to my flowchart, I should be able to type text directly into that shape, however for some reason that is not happening. I cannot add text by double clicking the shape.

Thanks for reaching out. That is certainly not expected. Can you tell me what shape you are inserting that this occur with? Or is it all shapes?

I have used pretty much all of them.

Hmm... interesting indeed. I tested many shapes and so far have been able to type into all of them after double-clicking on the shape. Here's a quick example:
If this is not occurring for you still, can you try running a Canary report and sharing the results back to me? This will take a look at how your system is running in regards to operating the Workiva application.
