8K Taxonomy

Hi Community, 

We will be filing our Q2 10Q with the 2020 Taxonomy.  If we file an 8K before the 10Q, does the 8K need to be in 2020 Taxonomy?

    Hi Kenneth!

    The short and simple answer is no, it does not need to be in the 2020 taxonomy. Its worth noting here that the 2018 taxonomy is soon to be no longer supported, so at the very least you'd likely want the 2019 taxonomy at minimum.
