10-K Cover iXBRL - Securities registered persuant to section 12(g)

I could swear I saw this topic discussed when cover tagging first started, but I can't seem to find it. So, I apologize if this is a repeat post.

On the Form 10-K, in the forms list on sec.gov, under the securities box related to section 12(b), there are lines related to section 12(g). How do I tag this if my company has "none".

    No need for an apology, your questions are always welcome :)

    I asked around a bit regarding your particular scenario, and assuming you mean your cover page lists something like this...

    ...then there is nothing to tag since 'None' is not required to be tagged in this context.
