Remove links from a range of cells that also has cells with formulas also removes formulas?

When I highlight a range of cells, most of which are links but also includes a formula, the formula is also removed. Is this the expected behavior as would have have thought the formula should have stayed?

    Hi John,

    Rest assured, you are not crazy. That is expected behavior, at least in classic Workbooks. This is in part due to the nature of how that product runs, but the good news is that Spreadsheets do not behave this way. You can remove a range of links and the formulas will remain.

    Feel free to try out Spreadsheets in your account if you haven't already, and if you do want to convert your existing Workbook(s) into a Spreadsheet, your CSM can assist you in transitioning those over.
