    Hi Donna!

    Thanks for the question. It's likely that the fellow staff member is unable to view the tasks you've created because their Wdesk license is not sufficient enough to see all the PBC requests by default, which requures a Professional license (or Manager, depending on your license structure). However, you can grant access to view them by updating the permissions on the PBC tasks and making these users a Viewer. Here is some Help content on PBC request permission in Wdesk.
