Some new developments with EDGAR Next from the SEC's EDGAR Business Office. As found here, if a registrant has not updated their CCC or Passphrase since September 2019, they will need to do so prior to EDGAR Next enrollment. This will likely encompass many filers, so be sure to add this as a step to take with regards to enrollment.
