Failed to send password reset link

Hello community,

I have been trying to send a reset password link to a user to no avail. I receive the ''Failed to send password reset link'' prompt at the bottom right corner of the page when doing so. Anybody knows a fix?

    Hi Mike, I am having the same problem.  I cannot either send a welcome email or a reset password email for a user.  I get the failed to send error.  Please can you help?  She has been waiting for days for access.
