Melanie has been great since she became my new CSM in January 2024. She’s effective in understanding business requirements from my end and consistently follows through, delivering results in a timely manner. She offers help outside of our regular touchpoint meetings and quickly responds to ad-hoc requests and emails. Melanie keeps us updated on relevant vendor changes and offers different solutions when responding to our (sometimes not quite clear) business requests. I feel like a valued customer throughout my interactions with her and really appreciate her responsive service so far. Thank you, Melanie!
