Is there a way to export the process letters from the system en masse once the process has been 100% completed?

    There is a way to export all certification letters en masse!
     
    From the Certification Response view, you can select "All certification letters (.pdf)" from the export options. This will:
    • Create a ZIP file containing separate PDF files for each letter in the process
    • Include response history, notes, hyperlinks, and tags (if selected)
    Important note on attachments: Any attachments to letters cannot be bulk-downloaded — those would need to be downloaded one by one.

    Currently this is not available, but I will create an idea ticket for our implementation to consider this for future implementation.
