Conditional formatting not working

Thank you for your question! The conditional formatting isn't working is because the condition isn't complete. Right now, this field is summing two values, but the formula needs a condition to test for to see if it's true or false (e.g. =sum(+B29, - B30)>0). In this example, if the sum of these values is not more than zero (formula is false), then it will apply the conditional formatting. If you have any questions about this, please let us know!
